In June 2023, we conducted a test integration of the AI Chat GPT family on one of the previously implemented projects in Eastern Europe. This small step required from our Customer a certain degree of innovation and involvement in modern trends. Although some say that artificial intelligence will become the basis of a new generation of the economic order.

We would like to acknowledge the positive impact that Chat GPT has had on our warehouse management processes by WLOGI. The integration of this intelligent chatbot has improved communication and efficiency within the system, enabling faster access to information and more streamlined workflows. Users have appreciated the convenience of having a responsive and knowledgeable virtual assistant at their disposal.

The natural language processing capabilities of Chat GPT have proven to be particularly valuable. It has demonstrated a commendable ability to understand and interpret user queries accurately, even when presented in various formats or phrasings. This has greatly enhanced the user experience, allowing for smoother interactions and reducing the need for manual intervention in routine tasks.
