The Importance of Motivation for Warehouse Employees.

Every time when vlogging is introduced, like any other new IT system, employees of the customer company require additional time to study the system and adapt to it. often this leads to involuntary internal protest of employees. As always, any, even the smallest conflict is a reason for improvement. When introducing WLOGI in one of the companies in Central Europe, the company's management simultaneously introduced a new system of motivation for personnel involved in warehouse processes. For confidentiality reasons, we cannot disclose the details of the motivation system, however, we note that it was based on an individual-collective assessment of labor results and additional payments for the growth of results. As a result of the introduction of the system of motivation - the implementation of IT management systems is obviously faster and more painless. This observation can be a good recommendation for colleagues and similar projects. When a new IT platform / system is being introduced, it is worthwhile to update the motivation system in a timely manner, taking into account the requirements of the new system.
